Privacy Notice

ACME Broadband LLC, 336 E College Avenue, Suite 301, Tallahassee, FL 32301, operates this site, the Performance Portal and the Performance Assessment. Questions about this notice can be sent through our contact page.

When you register an account or submit an assessment we collect:

• Your name, work email address, optional phone number and company name.
• Your answers about customer type, workload, performance problem, environment, connectivity, business impact, measurement capability, timing and commercial interest.
• A record of the legal statements you accepted, including the version and the date of acceptance.
• Campaign parameters carried in the page address, where present, so we can understand which channel brought you to us.

We use the information to operate your account, review your assessment, score whether a managed performance layer is likely to help, and contact you about the result. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started, and on the consent you give when you register or submit the form.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Account and assessment records are visible to ACME Broadband staff who handle enquiries. Our hosting and database provider processes the data on our behalf in order to run the service. We share information with other third parties only where the law requires it.

Assessment submissions are kept for up to 24 months from the date of submission so we can follow up and maintain a record of the enquiry. Acceptance records are kept for as long as the account exists, and afterwards only as long as we need them to show that acceptance was given. If you ask us to delete your record sooner, we will.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and tell us the email address on your account so we can find the record.

This site does not set advertising cookies. Essential storage keeps your session and security working, and optional analytics storage is used only if you allow it in the cookie preferences card.
