How ACME works

A Managed Performance Layer Across the Networks You Already Have.

ACME does not replace your connectivity. It adds a measured decision layer between your sites and the applications they depend on, and keeps choosing the route that performs best.

MANAGED EDGE

Mission-critical connectivity

Identify. Optimize. Measure. Select. Deliver. Learn.

Network performance is a continuous decision cycle, not a one-time route choice.

  1. 01

    Identify

ACME recognizes the traffic where application performance matters, so effort is spent on real-time workloads rather than everything on the link.

  2. 02

    Optimize

Edge conditions and traffic behavior are improved locally before any wider path decision is made.

  3. 03

    Measure

Round-trip time, packet loss, jitter, congestion and route stability are observed continuously toward each destination.

  4. 04

    Select

The route currently performing best for the application carries the traffic. Standard Internet is used whenever it is the best option.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Performance-critical traffic is delivered to the application origin and AI infrastructure, while performance continues to be measured.

  6. 06

    Learn

Historical route behavior informs future decisions, so the system improves as conditions repeat.

One Managed Layer. Four Integrated Components.

01 · EDGE

ACME Edge

Deploy physically, virtually or as a container. ACME Edge integrates with the connectivity and enterprise infrastructure you already operate.

02 · INTELLIGENCE

ACME Intelligence

Identify performance-critical traffic, optimize edge conditions, measure route quality and use live and historical telemetry to inform decisions.

03 · NETWORK & OS

ACME Operations

Operations support AI, cloud, automation, autonomous systems and other real-time applications, managed and monitored by the ACME operating system.

04 · DESTINATION

Application / Compute

Deliver performance-critical traffic to the application origin and AI infrastructure, while continuously measuring the performance of the infrastructure.

Route selection in practice

The Best Path Wins, Continuously.

Requests and responses are both measured. When a route degrades, the decision changes without waiting for someone to notice.

Deployment

Fits the Environment You Already Run.

Hardware edge

An appliance at the site, alongside existing routers and firewalls.

Virtual edge

A virtual machine inside your existing hypervisor or private cloud.

Container edge

A container in an environment you already orchestrate.

Cloud edge

An instance placed near the cloud or AI destination your applications call.

Common questions

Do we have to change our carriers or contracts?
No. ACME works with the connectivity each site already has. Nothing is replaced and no rip-and-replace project is required.
What happens if standard Internet is the best route?
It is used. ACME selects whichever route is currently performing best for the application, and standard Internet is one of the candidates.
Is this a bandwidth product?
No. ACME manages latency, packet loss, jitter, congestion and route quality. Adding capacity does not fix those variables on its own.
How do we know it is working?
The Performance Portal shows what is measured, which route is selected and how conditions change over time, including the comparison against the standard route.

Start with measurement

The ACME Performance Assessment establishes a baseline, compares available routes and determines whether a meaningful optimization opportunity exists.
