Accessibility Statement
ACME Broadband wants every person who needs our service to be able to use it. This statement explains the standard we build to, what is supported today, where we know we fall short and how to get help.
LAST UPDATED SEPTEMBER 2026
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA across this site, the Performance Assessment and the Performance Portal. Accessibility is reviewed as part of our normal release work rather than as a one time exercise.
What is supported
- Every interactive control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Headings, landmarks, form labels and error messages are marked up so screen readers can announce them.
- Text and interface colours are chosen to meet AA contrast on our dark interface.
- Pages reflow for small screens and for browser zoom up to 200 percent without loss of content.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
Motion and animated graphics
Several pages use animated network diagrams to show how traffic moves between sites, the performance layer and applications. These graphics are decorative. Every point they make is also stated in the surrounding text, so nothing is lost if the animation is not visible to you.
If your device or browser is set to reduce motion, the animation stops and a still diagram is shown instead. We know that a dense animated diagram can still be difficult to interpret at a glance, and simplifying these views is on our improvement list.
Known limitations
- Some detailed measurement tables in the Performance Portal are wide and require horizontal scrolling on small screens.
- A small number of charts convey trends visually first, with the underlying figures given in adjacent text rather than in an equivalent table.
- Documents supplied by third parties may not meet the same standard as pages we control.
Getting help or reporting a barrier
If something on this site prevents you from completing a task, write to admin@acmebroadband.com or call +1-602-834-8445 and describe the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days, and we will offer an alternative way to complete the task while we fix the underlying issue.
You can also request the content of any page, including an assessment result, in an alternative format.
Feedback and review
This statement is reviewed at least once a year and whenever we make a significant change to the site. The version and date shown above tell you when it was last updated.
